Collection pieces are made for you after you order, in the gold and stone you choose. Allow 4 to 6 weeks. Unique pieces and jewellery in stock leave within a few working days.

Up to 6 months after purchase we resize your ring once free of charge, up to 3 sizes larger or smaller. This usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. Unsure about the size? Mention it with your order and we'll get in touch.

Every piece comes with a proof of purchase and certificate from our atelier, which you can also show your insurer. An additional certificate from an independent lab is available for a fee, and included with the unique high-end pieces.

Yes. Céline works exclusively with natural diamonds and gemstones, set in 18 kt gold or platinum. No lab-grown diamonds and no silver: every piece is an investment for later.

Gold and gemstones are traded in dollars. With large swings in the gold price or exchange rate, a price may change slightly. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Free and insured, in Belgium and internationally. A signature is always required on delivery. You can also collect your piece by appointment at the design studio in Ghent.

A piece from stock can be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in its original packaging. After a check in our atelier we refund you. Pieces made or adjusted for you (ring size, length, engraving) cannot be returned.

Not within the European Union. Elsewhere it depends on the importing country. Get in touch and we'll give you a clear overview.

Often, yes. Céline has an extensive collection of loose gemstones, gathered since 2001. Tell us what you are looking for and she will look at the options or design a piece to measure.

From the first appointment to the finished piece allow 6 to 12 weeks, sometimes longer when a special stone has to be found. Need it sooner? We'll look at what is possible together.

The first conversation of about an hour is free. For the design, the search for stones and the quote we charge a working budget of € 500, fully deducted when the piece is made. When production starts we ask a 50% deposit, the rest on delivery.

In some cases, yes: we work with larger, high-quality stones with a certificate of authenticity. Send us a photo via WhatsApp or book an appointment and we'll look at the options together.

Yes. With cold soldering we place ashes very discreetly in a ring, earring, bracelet or pendant. We discuss the design by appointment.

Of course. The design studio in Ghent works by appointment only, Monday to Friday and one Saturday a month. A first appointment can also take place online.

We repair all 18 kt gold pieces bought from us in our own atelier. For other or antique jewellery we'll see in a first conversation whether we can help.
