What data and why

When you place an order, we keep your name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address and your order. We use them to make, deliver and invoice your order, and to keep you informed.

When you request an appointment or a bespoke piece, we keep your details and your message to contact you and follow up on your request.

Payments

Payments are handled by Mollie B.V. We never receive card details; Mollie processes them under its own privacy policy.

How long

Order data is kept as long as the law requires for accounting (7 years). Requests without an order are deleted after 2 years.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share it with those needed to handle your order, such as the insured courier and our accountant.

Cookies

The website only uses what it needs to work, such as your bag in your own browser. No advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

You can always view, correct or delete your data via info@celineroelens.be. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
