Designed by Céline Roelens
Céline has been a jewellery designer and certified gemmologist (HRD Antwerp) for over twenty years. She selects every stone herself, often searching for months, and resolutely chooses colour: mandarin garnet, indigolite, Paraíba tourmaline. In 2025 she received the Monaco Glamour Award in Monte-Carlo for her designs and craftsmanship.

All frequently asked questionsWhen will my piece be ready?
Collection pieces are made for you after you order, in the gold and stone you choose. Allow 4 to 6 weeks. Unique pieces and jewellery in stock leave within a few working days.
Do I receive a certificate when purchasing jewellery from Céline Roelens?
Yes, with each piece we provide a proof of purchase and certificate drawn up by us, which you can also present to your insurance company if you wish to insure your jewellery, or in the event of an inheritance. For a fee you can also obtain an additional certificate from an independent lab. With our unique high-end jewellery, this is included in the purchase price.
Can I have my jewellery delivered to my home?
Yes, of course! We ship your package free of charge and insured, both nationally and internationally.
Do you accept returns for jewellery from stock?
You can return your piece within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we only accept a return if the piece has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging. We refund once the piece has been thoroughly checked in our workshop.
Can I have a piece in another stone or gold?
Often, yes. Céline has an extensive collection of loose gemstones, gathered since 2001. Tell us what you are looking for and she will look at the options or design a piece to measure.
Does Céline Roelens also work with lab-grown diamonds?
No, Céline Roelens works exclusively with natural diamonds, because lab-grown diamonds have no resale value. Céline considers every piece of jewellery an investment for the future.
Can I just pop into the Céline Roelens design studio?
You cannot just pop into our design studio in Ghent. To serve our clients as well as possible, we ask you to always make an appointment via the website. This also applies to our after-sales service and to collections.
Do you resize new rings free of charge?
Of course! Up to 6 months after buying your new ring, you can have it made up to 3 sizes larger or smaller free of charge. Please note that we can only do this free of charge once. This usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.
